Let's Talk with the Therapy Queen

Jenifer is a seasoned therapist who has worked with various ages and populations and a variety of demographics and socioeconomic classes. She started her career as a school counselor while she was also raising her own family.  She later proceeded to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and went into community mental health and agency work. After many years of working for others, she started her own private practice and behavioral health agency where she spent several years supervising and mentoring other therapists, while also maintaining her own caseload of clients. Among her experience as a therapist, Jenifer has worked with various traumas, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and much more.  She believes by starting the podcast, she can share some of what she has learned, both personally and professionally, to help others walk through their own mental health journeys.
